FET Certificate: PC Engineering

A PC Engineer, also called a computer/software engineer, is responsible for developing, testing and evaluating the software that make our computers work. They may help in the development of new computer games, business applications or even in the design of entirely new operating systems. A computer engineer may also be responsible for constructing and managing an organisation’s computer system and supplying technical support.

With this certificate, you will learn more about business application and computer hardware and software as well as to support and fully implement Windows in a networked environment.  You will be able to perform post installation and day-to-day administration tasks of an existing Windows based network. As computers continue to integrate themselves into our everyday lives, why not be part of an industry with a growing demand for engineers who understand the principles of operation and how to innovate new applications.
